Hi, I’m Pui, a professionally trained Thai chef and the founder of BrassWok Thai Cooking Class here in Phuket and Private Chef Service for private dinners in villas. I graduated top of my class from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School in Bangkok and have spent years perfecting the flavors of real Thai cuisine — the kind that’s lovingly cooked in Thai homes but rarely found in restaurants.
