Serving luxury villas and private homes in Phuket with this Classic Thai menu. If you’re open to exploring more authentic and rare dishes — the kind you won’t find in typical Thai restaurants — I’d be delighted to create a custom menu for you.

Classic Thai Menu Selection

Since King Rama II, royal kitchen leisurely made La Tiang, nowadays mistakenly but acceptably called Room. Perhaps loosing popularity but the intricate appetiser can be enjoyed in a few restaurants still.

Finger Food Appetiser (Please choose 2 items)

– Satay Pork or Chicken, served with Mussamun flavored peanut sauce and cucumber pickle relish
– Golden Bag, deep fried pastry paper with filling of minced pork or chicken mixture, served with sweet chili sauce and plum sauce
– Fresh Spring Roll, rice paper wrap with colorful and crisp vegetable shreds, prawns or chicken breast, served with Thai spicy garlic lime sauce.
– Deep fried spring roll, pastry paper wrap with mixed vegetable and glass noodles, served with sweet chili sauce and plum sauce
– Fish Cake, (Thod Mun Pla Grai) fried featherback fish meat mixed with red curry paste and kafir lime leaves shred, served with sweet chili cucumber relish.
– Miang Kham, bite size wild pepper leave wrap with variety of herbs, toasted coconut, peanut, and savoury caramel sauce

Family Style Dinner (Please choose one of each dish)

1. Soup (Thai dinner serve soup with main course)

– Tom Kha Gai with banana blossom, aromatic coconut milk broth with chicken and oyster mushroom, topped with sawtooth coriander 
– Gai Tom Kamin Bai Maroom, turmeric chicken soup with moringa leaves, signature of southern Thailand, seasoned with Som Kaek garcinia and fish sauce, lots of health benefit 
– Pak Miang Tom Kati, Melinjo leaves in coconut milk broth and smoked dried shrimps, prawns, a hint shrimp paste, shallot and white pepper 
– Gang Liang, aromatic broth of herb (shallots, finger ginger, black pepper), smoked dried fish flake and shrimp paste, variety of vegetables, topped with lemon basil
– Tom Yum Gung Nam Sai, prawns in lemongrass, galangal, kafir lime soup, topped with sawtooth coriander, aromatic, sour and spicy 
2. Salad
– Green Papaya Salad, (spicy and not spicy option) tasty dressing with cashew nuts, lime, palm sugar, tamarind, fish sauce, garlic. 
– Laab pork or chicken, minced pork or chicken cooked in its own stock and tossed in lime juice, fish sauce, dried chili flakes, toasted rice powder, and signature mix herbs.
– Northern Laab, minced pork or chicken cooked in garlic oil with special spice mix from Chiang Rai province (spicy and aromatic), served with crisp vegetables on the side
– Yum Woon Sen, glass noodle salad with minced pork or chicken and prawns, tasty dressing with a hint of tangy pickled garlic juice
– Yum Tua Pu, Wing Bean Salad (seasonal)
– Yum Som O, Pomelo Salad (seasonal)
3. Center piece
– Massamun beef curry
– Green curry with fish meat balls 
– Panang pork ribs with Phuket pineapple 
– Red curry with roasted duck
– Dried red curry with mackerels 
– Moo Hong, Phuket signature stewed pork belly, black pepper
– Steamed fish in lime garlic sauce

4. Stir fry and Vegetable 

– Chicken Cashew Nuts with Phuket Pine Apple
– Squids in Salted Egg Sauce 
– Prawns in Yellow Curry Powder Sauce 
– Prawns in Tamarind Sauce 
– Bai Liang Pad Kai GungSiab, Melinjo leaves stir fried with eggs and Phuket smoked dried shrimps
– ChaiYa Pad Tao Jiaw, Chaya Leaves (Tree Spinach) stir fried with fermented bean paste and garlic, oyster sauce. 
– Pad Pak Boong, morning glory vegetable stir fried with fermented bean paste and garlic, oyster sauce.
– ToMiaw (Pea Shoots) stir fried in garlic oyster sauce 
5. Dessert
– Mango & Sticky Rice
– Sagu Pearl & Coconut Cream
– Egg Banana in Coconut Cream
– Bua Loy Nam King (Glutinous rice ball with sweet black sesame filling, in hot ginger broth)

Starting package of 18,000 THB net for up to 6 guests. Thai family style dinner.
Extra guest at 2,000 THB per person.
Including:
– Selected two items from appetizer list
– Selected one item from each main course and dessert
– Served with premium jasmine rice (cooked in butterfly blue pea juice for color and heath benefit)
– BrassWok signature indigo iced tea as welcome drink 
– We will arrive at the venue as the time required to pre-prep dinner, typically 3 hours
Venue will provide:
– Workable space, cooking hobs and sink
– Serving plates, bowls, cutlery, and glasses
