There are several fresh markets in Phuket. Morning markets are open daily from dawn until about 10 AM. Afternoon markets start about 3 pm and are set up in regular locations about 2 or 3 times a week.
Some of our classes do include market tour before the cooking class. We will buy some of the fresh ingredients, learn about local produce, sample local snack, then going back to the studio to learn to cook.
